Business System Analyst


Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Mid-level support for accounting systems, reports, and data feeds
  • Monitor data feeds between IT, accounting, and payroll systems. Provide support and corrections as needed
  • Collaborate with IT and business users to manage implementation, training options and support of accounting systems
  • Maintain EDI relationships and monitor EDI data feeds
  • Maintain reporting structure for reporting in a multi-location and multi-entity environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CIS, or related field or 3+ years’ work experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
  • Moderate understanding of database design
  • Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
  • General understanding of GAAP accounting
  • Strong project management and attention to detail
  • Quick learner and problem solver when faced with new issues or challenges
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central strongly preferred
  • Experience with writing reports, Jet Reports preferred
  • Experience supporting or using Blackline preferred
