We are actively pursuing an onsite ERP Support Analyst- Microsoft Dynamics Nav/Business Central for our corporate office in Rosemont, IL 
 
Position Summary: 
 
Tecta America is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated ERP Support Analyst to join our growing ERP team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment integrated with Project Pro and Serenic/Sylogist Payroll while helping drive our migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Project Pro and Integrity Data’s Payroll NOW. 
  
 Key Responsibilities:  
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support across core ERP modules, including General Ledger, Job Costing, Field Service Management, Purchasing & Payables, Sales & Receivables, Inventory Management, and Payroll.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in both NAV and Business Central environments.
  • Support regular accounting cycles: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and reporting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to analyze, document, and resolve ERP issues, coordinating with business users and technical staff to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Participate in the testing, validation, and rollout of upgrades, integrations, and software enhancements.
  • Assist in training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and process consistency.
  • Support company growth through ERP onboarding for new acquisitions, including data migration, configuration, and end-user training.
  • Collaborate with IT, accounting, operations, and project management teams to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement. 
  
Qualifications:  
  • Background in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including troubleshooting and user support.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (preferably versions 3.x–2009).
  • Strong working knowledge of Project Pro and Payroll NOW by Integrity Data or Serenic/Sylogist Payroll preferred.
  • Practical understanding of Financial, Operational, and Job Costing modules.
  • Proficiency in Object Designer and comfort working within customized NAV/BC environments.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical, customer-focused approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and at all organizational levels.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certification(s) in NAV or Business Central is a plus.
