Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting hiring efforts primarily across Pennsylvania, with additional support for a sister company in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and understands the unique challenges of home care recruitment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on high-volume healthcare hiring
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for Home Care, Home Health, ODP, and additional service lines
  • Partner with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, retention, and candidate experience
  • Support recruitment efforts for both Pennsylvania operations and a sister company in Massachusetts
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and healthcare regulations
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple markets
