We’re looking for a brand-aligned Apparel Graphic Designer to concept and execute designs for our in-house apparel line across:
  • Performance collections 
  • Limited drops 
  • Lifestyle/athleisure capsules
  • Streetwear-inspired releases 
  • Event merchandise 
  • Seasonal launches 
This role requires both creative vision and production execution. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandise, and operations to bring collections from concept to production-ready files.
What You’ll Do
Apparel Design & Development
  • Concept original apparel graphics aligned with brand identity 
  • Design for tees, tanks, outerwear, hats, accessories, and performance pieces 
  • Create cohesive capsule collections (not just one-off graphics) 
  • Develop mood boards, design direction, and trend research 
  • Ensure designs align with fabric type, garment cut, and printing method
Creative Execution
  • Create production-ready files for screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, and specialty finishes 
  • Work with vendors to confirm print specs and garment mockups
  • Maintain brand consistency across all drops 
  • Design apparel lookbooks and launch visuals in collaboration with marketing 
 Culture & Trend Alignment
  • Research fashion and fitness trends (streetwear, athleisure, culture brands) 
  • Translate inspiration into original work — not replicas 
  • Understand typography, negative space, minimalism vs statement graphics 
  • Align design language with brand energy and community
 
What We’re Looking For
Required:
  • 2+ years apparel graphic design experience
  • Portfolio showing apparel-specific work (not just digital graphics)
Strong understanding of:
  • Garment construction basics 
  •  Print production 
  • Fabric behavior
  • Streetwear and performance aesthetics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop 
  • Experience preparing print-ready vector files
Preferred:
  • Experience designing for fitness or athleisure brands 
  • Understanding of screen printing techniques and garment dye
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers
  • Experience with embroidery and embellishment specs
