• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing standardized assessment tools and evidence-based methodologies.
• Deliver therapeutic sessions utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to individual and group needs.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive holistic and comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and safety planning.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness through workshops, webinars, and local events to help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and promote community resources.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, many of whom may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, necessitating a culturally competent approach to therapy that respects and integrates their unique experiences and needs. By understanding and valuing this diversity, therapists are empowered to establish meaningful relationships that foster healing and growth.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate, updated, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly utilizing telehealth platforms and innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles and experience working with individuals in crisis.
• Active engagement in continued professional development and peer supervision, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
