• Conduct regular video consultation sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Encourage open dialogue, helping clients articulate their emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Serve as a supportive advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing realistic mental health goals and providing guidance for the journey ahead.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform thorough assessments, develop, and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on evidence-based solutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in their mental health status, adhering to compliance standards and confidentiality protocols.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking therapeutic support. You will provide assessment and treatment for a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. By utilizing a solutions-focused approach, you will empower clients to develop effective skills that enhance their quality of life and foster independence.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid independent license such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong technological proficiency with telehealth platforms and communication tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate a supportive and trusting relationship with clients.

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth modalities and familiarity with associated protocols.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Background in conducting outcome assessments and evaluating treatment effectiveness.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative treatment strategies that address unique client challenges.

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
