Evergreen Mental Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Telehealth Mental Health Counselor with licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. You will have the tools and resources necessary to deliver effective telehealth services, including access to a secure online platform for client interactions, electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation, and ongoing technical support. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances and goals.
• Provide evidence-based counseling to individuals and families, delivering therapeutic interventions that encourage personal growth and coping strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, documenting medical histories, assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Work in collaboration with other mental health professionals, offering insights on clients' psychosocial stressors to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive support systems.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing your knowledge and skills regarding trauma, substance abuse, and various mental health conditions.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives by providing culturally competent counseling services that address their specific needs. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling services with a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.

• Experience with telehealth systems and providing remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adopt new techniques as appropriate.
• Previous experience working with clients experiencing trauma, substance use disorders, or domestic violence.
