Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Group Home (MN DHS 245D)
We are currently hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in a supportive group home setting. If you're compassionate, reliable, and enjoy making a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Starting Wage: $16.00/hour
  • +$0.50/hour shift differential for 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts
  • +$0.25/hour after 30 days (upon completion of training)
  • +$0.25/hour after 90 days (based on good standing)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Provide housekeeping and general home support
  • Assist with meal preparation and planning
  • Perform medication administration (per MN DHS guidelines)
  • Provide transportation to outings, appointments, and activities
  • Complete accurate documentation and charting
  • Support individuals in achieving personal goals and care plans
  • Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive environment

Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow MN DHS 245D guidelines and procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
