Coordinate Care. Support Teams. Be the Go‑To When It Matters Most.

As a Residential Program Coordinator, you help make sure individuals receive the right care, services, and support to live full lives. You work closely with Team Managers, staff, families, and providers to keep services running smoothly. This role also serves as an on‑call support position, helping respond to needs as they arise outside of regular business hours.

What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Program Coordinator, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact:

  • Coordinate and monitor services, care plans, and documentation for individuals in our care
  • Supervise and support Team Managers to ensure quality, person‑centered services
  • Communicate with families, providers, and staff to keep care consistent and compliant
  • Serve in the on‑call rotation, responding to questions, incidents, or urgent needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD/DD), with an understanding of the value of coordinated, person‑centered care
  • Confidence supervising others while managing multiple services, schedules, and priorities
  • A calm, organized, and dependable approach, especially during urgent or after‑hours situations
  • A bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred (but not required), or equivalent experience, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
