Job description

DSI Management, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team for overnight and day shifts. In this role, you will provide essential non-medical support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

 Position Overview

As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe and supportive home environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and nutritional support.

  • Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises as directed.

  • Provide incidental and instructional ADL support, including meal preparation, shopping, socialization, and light housekeeping.

  • Offer medication reminders as needed.

  • Accurately document observations, services provided, and client activities in a timely manner.

  • Complete required in-service trainings and maintain up-to-date documentation.

  • Uphold and respect patient rights at all times.

  • Maintain punctual attendance and participate in scheduled trainings and team meetings.

  • Present a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor while representing the organization.

 Requirements
  • HHA 75Hour Certification (Required)

  • 1 year of Home Health experience (Preferred)

  • Ability to work overnight shifts (Preferred)

  • Ability to work day shifts (Preferred)

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and sex offender registry check

  • Eligibility to work in the United States, including completion of the I9 Employment Verification process

  • Compliance with our Drug-Free Workplace policy
