PRIMARY PURPOSE AND MISSION STATEMENT: ROC and its employees pledge to put customers first by:

POSITION SUMMARY: The DSD Clerk is responsible for providing quality customer service to our customers by accurate pricing of merchandise sold. The DSD clerk verifies and audits prices in DSD categories, MDI host categories, perishable departments and weekly sale items. Updates prices in the computer and register system in addition to all shelf tags and signs. Ensures proper FAIRVALUE check-in procedures are performed for each DSD vendor. Reports to Manager on Duty.


Schedule: up to 28 hours per week.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and Education

  • High school graduation or equivalent, preferred.
  • Knowledge of DSD/Scanning Operations.
  • Basic computer knowledge

Skills and Abilities

  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Good people and customer interaction skills.
  • Demonstrated attentiveness to details, mathematical analytical ability. Use of calculator.

  • Standing / walking – high level
