Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Drywall Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various drywall skills, including hanging, finishing, and sanding. This role is crucial in ensuring that all production activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Read and interpret blue prints to guide construction processes effectively.
  • Manage drywall subcontractors, ensuring high-quality finishes are achieved.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work completed by team members to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in drywall techniques and safety measures.

Skills

  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in all processes of drywall installation; hanging, installing corner bead, finishing, applying texture, and sanding.
  • Strong understanding of reading blue prints related to construction projects.
  • Ability to build and oversee various tasks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
