Graver Technologies, LLC.is a U.S. based company serving the industrial filtration, separation and purification needs of companies around the globe. We are located inLockwood, NJand a member of The Marmon Group(a Berkshire Hathaway Company), an international corporation with more than $8 billion in annual sales. We are seeking a2nd Shift Compounderto join our team.

**2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Friday from 2:00PM to 10:30PM. Compensation for this role is $21.50 plus a differential to start with scheduled increases through the first year and every year following.**

Responsibilities:

  • Lift empty bags onto holder for product loading, guide bag onto conveyor and into bag sealer.
  • Stack bags onto pallet from conveyor onto scissor lift.
  • Load process vessel with product using counterweighted vacuum wand to transfer material from open lid drum in through vacuum wand.
  • Moving drums, breaking and rolling drums from conveyors onto pallets.
  • Forklift operation to move pallets with drums or bags to and from production area.
  • Climb vertical ladders or stairs to access platforms.
  • Empty product out of packaging tank by pushing along horizontal roll conveyor, then pushed or rolled onto pallet.
  • Sweeping of light debris from floor into trash can with lifting of debris.
  • Repacking drums by moving product from one drum to another using scoop.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Compounder but willing to train.
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Ability to move various items.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
