Pay Rate: 38,785.50
Grade: RCS O
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, starting between 4am-8am (will also include working 1 weekend in 4)

We're now looking for a Driving Assessor to play a key role in driving safe, compliant, and professional driving standards across our transport operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Delivering driver inductions, assessments, and refresher training in line with DHL standards
  • Carrying out on-road driver assessments, including store deliveries and vehicle movements
  • Using telematics and compliance systems to identify risks and target coaching opportunities
  • Supporting accident and incident investigations through root cause analysis
  • Maintaining accurate driver training records, matrixes, and compliance documentation

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Have strong transport knowledge and hands-on driving experience
