SUMMARY

Increase sales with retailers and distribution channels as well as chasing new accounts for future growth. Manage national account and key account sales structure to help achieve the goals. Drive the team to meet or exceed sales revenue and sales profitability goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Drive sales for Kids2 including retailers and distribution channel and new business development
  • Build and maintain customer relation and work with retailers' senior leadership to drive the business
  • Manage and develop your team
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Manage and monitor the flow of sales process and evaluation of daily sales orders
  • Develop, analyze, and monitor sales forecasts
  • Develop, present, and implement sales programs
  • Prepare management call report
  • Maintain an effective knowledge of external market factors including competitive information in order to make educated account decisions and product recommendations
  • Identify, develop, and implement long-term account strategies and objectives
  • Identify, develop, and analyze account and product pricing strategies


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience and/or training
  • Strong leadership, management experience
  • Direct to account sales experience required
  • Experience in the consumer products industry with strong sales channel relationships with national and regional retailers required

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • None required.

COMPUTER/TYPING SKILLS

  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; have flexible use of hands; and talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
