Job Summary: The Squad Leader is a leadership-level role responsible for overseeing the drafting portfolio across all projects and ensuring department standards, performance, and strategic alignment. This role combines technical expertise, people leadership, and business acumen to manage resources, timelines, and quality while collaborating closely with Engineering and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the drafting portfolio for all assigned projects.
  •  Set and enforce department standards for drawing quality and compliance.
  • Manage drafting budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and support drafting teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production leadership on strategy and execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure drafting deliverables align with company objectives and operational needs.
