  • FMCSA Portals & Clearinghouse: Daily familiarity with the FMCSA Portal, DataQs system, and the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse website.
  • Applicant Tracking & HR Systems: Experience using onboarding platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, DriverReach) to review background checks, PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) records, and MVRs (Motor Vehicle Reports).
  • Data Analytics & Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track key safety metrics (e.g., accidents per million miles, critical event trends) and build visual training presentations.

Qualifications
  • Four year degree from an accredited college or university (Desired).
  • 1-3 years of transportation experience (Preferred).
  • 2+ years experience working in a safety related position in flatbed transportation (Desired).
