Donor Support Representative (Seasonal)

World Help is a Christian humanitarian organization serving the physical and spiritual needs of people in impoverished communities around the world. We are searching for a devout follower of Christ whose worldview correlates with the company's mission and values.

The Donor Support Representative serves as a supporting role to the Donor Support Team by updating and managing donor information in the CRM database, working through inbound and outbound donor related calls, and assisting in executing "Thank You" programs. Together, these responsibilities allow the Donor Support Representative to ensure that World Help provides excellent customer service and relevant information concerning programs, projects, and donation methods to all donors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage all donor information in CRM database.
  • Answer all types of inbound donor related calls through the main World Help line.
  • Provide project updates and general donor education on World Help.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in World Help's ongoing marketing and acquisition campaigns.
  • Respond to all external and internal emails in a timely manner, within a 24-hour maximum time frame.
  • Make outbound calls to donors as needed.
  • Assist the team in executing "Thank You" programs.
  • Problem solve any donor issues in a timely and professional manner while communicating any escalated scenarios to the Donor Support Supervisor.
  • Any additional duties needed to drive World Help's mission, vision, and organizational values.

Your Time:

60% - Inbound & Outbound Phone Calls

  • Answer inbound donor calls and make outbound calls for various donor needs. Complete any associated tasks such as entering data into CRM, mailing updates or information to a donor, etc.

30% - Inbound & Outbound Emails

  • Respond to donor emails and chats in a timely manner and fulfill any other necessary tasks as a result of the email requests such as entering data in the database, mailing out a request, requesting an update on a sponsored child, and account management tasks.

10% - Fulfillment Tasks

  • Complete fulfillment tasks such as writing thank you notes, processing account management mailings, and any other related tasks as assigned.
