Maintenance Technician - Starting at $34/hr DOE!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our steel fabricating client to start immediately starting at $34/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Maintenance team members are responsible for the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of the company's equipment and facility.

  • Inspect and diagnose issues with a variety of equipment
  • Perform repairs on machinery, building systems, and related components
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks and submit work orders upon completion
  • Install new equipment as needed
  • Maintain facility grounds, including mowing and snow removal
  • Carry out routine maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs
  • Report equipment concerns and repair needs to the Maintenance Manager
  • Perform general cleaning tasks including mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing as required

Location: Oak Creek, WI

Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

  • Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
