Responsibilities

Generate leads and follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new insurance contracts across multiple lines, including auto, home, life, and commercial.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and coverage solutions.

Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.

Utilize agency technology tools to manage leads, track activity, and improve customer experience.


Requirements

Valid drivers license.

Current Colorado insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time.

Must reside in the state of Colorado.
