Job description

The Associate DocuSign CLM Consultant is an entry-level role within the Revenue Management practice, designed as a flexible, hybrid generalist/technical position. Consultants in this role will develop skills across both functional (business, process, client-facing) and technical (system configuration, workflows, testing) areas of DocuSign CLM.
Based on an individual's strengths, interests, and demonstrated capabilities-as well as specific client needs-each consultant will lean more heavily into either a generalist or technical delivery role, while maintaining a baseline understanding of both. This flexibility allows our teams to deliver well-rounded solutions and enables consultants to grow into roles that best match their skill set over time.
This position is primarily in-office, with an expectation of working up to four days per week from our Missoula, MT office, supporting collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on learning. Some hybrid flexibility is offered based on project needs and individual circumstances.
A strong training and learning mindset is foundational to success in this role. Formal training, certifications, hands-on practice, and mentorship are core to how we develop our early-career consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Support
• Support DocuSign CLM implementations under the guidance of senior consultants and solution architects
• Contribute to project deliverables across multiple phases of implementation
• Participate in internal project meetings, client touchpoints, and delivery reviews
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with team members

o Process flows and user guides
• Follow established delivery standards and best practices
• Ask thoughtful questions and seek feedback to improve quality and understanding
Learning & Development (Key Expectation)
• Actively participate in structured onboarding and training programs
• Complete required DocuSign CLM training and certification paths
• Engage in Revenue Management and DocuSign CLM Communities of Practice
• Shadow senior consultants to build confidence and delivery maturity
• Demonstrate curiosity, coachability, and a continuous learning mindset
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
    OR equivalent experience or training
  • Strong interest in consulting, enterprise systems, or Revenue Operations
  • Willingness to learn both business process and technical system concepts
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Exposure to DocuSign, Salesforce, or other enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Internship, coursework, or project experience related to:
    • CLM, CRM, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash
  • Experience documenting business processes or workflows
  • Interest in technical configuration, systems thinking, or automation

Work Location & Collaboration Expectations
  • Primary work location: Missoula, MT office
  • In-office expectation: Up to 4 days per week, with some flexibility
  • In-office work is emphasized to:
