Job description

The Enterprise Applications Analyst serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring enterprise applications effectively support business objectives. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, supporting key enterprise platforms, and driving continuous improvement across critical business systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical expertise, particularly within enterprise applications and financial systems. This individual is a self-directed professional who can work independently, build strong stakeholder relationships, and successfully bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Major Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders, portfolio managers, and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into functional and technical system requirements.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for DocuSign CLM, including system configuration, maintenance, user support, enhancements, and optimization.
  • Provide administration, configuration, support, and enhancement recommendations for enterprise applications.
  • Support DocuSign CLM as the primary application while providing support for additional enterprise platforms such as Oracle EPM, Salesforce, RiskConnect, ERP systems, and other business solutions as needed.
  • Lead application-related projects, upgrades, implementations, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business partners to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, business requirements, and process maps.
  • Ensure system integrity, security, compliance, and data governance standards are maintained.
  • Support user acceptance testing, change management activities, and end-user training.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, application capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Work independently to prioritize workload and drive initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.

Minimum Education or Certifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Relevant application, ERP, Salesforce, Oracle, or business systems certifications are a plus.

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or IT business analysis functions.
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting DocuSign CLM is required. Candidates must have demonstrated experience configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting DocuSign CLM in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting Oracle EPM, Salesforce, RiskConnect, ERP systems, or similar enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.
  • Financial systems experience strongly preferred.
  • Background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or experience supporting finance-focused applications is highly desirable.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Proven success supporting enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of application support, system administration, testing, and change management processes.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
  • Experience transitioning from a Finance or Accounting background into Information Technology or Business Systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle management platforms is required. Experience supporting financial planning, risk management, CRM, ERP platforms, and other enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Experience working in a matrixed enterprise environment supporting multiple business functions.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
