Job description

We’re partnering with our client to find a skilled Procurement Analyst 1 to support their procurement team. This position is a temporary role based in Allen, Texas, with hybrid or remote work options available. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, supporting sourcing and contract management processes, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. It’s ideal for candidates with procurement experience eager to contribute to process efficiency and compliance.

Procurement Analyst 1 Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify pre-sourcing requirements to ensure completeness.
  • Identify existing contracts related to sourcing and renewal activities.
  • Assist in contract lifecycle processes, including document routing and preparation.
  • Maintain and update records accurately within procurement systems.
  • Research and address procurement-related data discrepancies and payment issues.


Procurement Analyst 1 Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or contract management.
  • Familiarity with source-to-contract processes and tools such as Oracle Procurement, Ironclad (or similar CLM systems), Ariba, and DocuSign.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation and tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
