Job description

Start fast and earn $20 to $21 per hour doing steady, seated computer work on the day shift. A document services company in Bellevue is hiring Document Scanners for a 2 week project that could be extended, and the site is bus accessible.

You will work for a company that provides printing, scanning, and document management for architecture, engineering, and construction firms. This short-term temporary project could be extended for people who do well, and it is a great way to get working quickly. The team is growing fast, so the floor stays busy and the day goes by quickly. We will train you on their scanning equipment.

Document Scanner Job Duties
  • Run industrial scanners to digitize large batches of documents
  • Check scanned files for clear images and correct formatting
  • Fix errors so files are clean and ready for print
  • Keep a steady pace during repetitive tasks
  • Ask questions and flag issues to your team
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay
$20 to $21 per hour, depending on experience

Document Scanner Requirements
  • Basic computer skills (we will train you on the scanning system)
  • Able to sit for most of your shift and stay focused on repetitive work
  • Able to lift boxes of documents up to 40 lbs now and then
