Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

Salary: $121,900 - $183,000 + $10K Sign-On Bonus
Vendor fee- $4876-$7320
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Imaging Manager - Radiology to lead a dynamic diagnostic imaging department in Bellevue, WA. This role involves overseeing a team of approximately 40 staff across multiple imaging modalities in a unionized healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the radiology/imaging department
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff (including hiring and terminations)
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
  • Oversee quality assurance and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and a counterpart senior manager
  • Support budgeting, staffing, and operational planning

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Nuclear Medicine experience (required)
  • Minimum 5+ years as one of the following:
    • Radiologic Technologist
    • Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist
    • Mammographer
    • Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience:
    • Direct reports management
    • Performance reviews
    • Hiring and termination responsibilities
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR
    • Graduate of an accredited diagnostic imaging program OR
    • 4+ years of directly related experience
    • High School Diploma / GED required

Licensure / Certification (One Required)
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Washington)
  • OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • OR Radiologic Technologist Certification
  • OR NMTCB Certification

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing 30+ employees across multiple modalities
  • Background in acute care settings
  • Experience with:
    • Budgeting & finance
    • Six Sigma / process improvement
    • Union environments (UFCW preferred)
