Position Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and improving the condition of Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region (GORR) facilities operating throughout Washington. The Technician is semi-skilled in several trade fields and in addition to performing maintenance projects, the technician completes assigns work orders. The Technician helps to maintain a computerized work order system (Bluefolder), makes decisions on work priorities based on the schedule and direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager. Preventive maintenance and building improvements include electrical, automatic entry systems, painting, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, and HVAC projects.
