  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Complete assigned work within established deadlines
  • Conduct business professionally and ethically
  • Work occasional overtime during busy periods
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Six months to one year of relevant work experience
  • Strong numerical data-entry and 10-key skills
  • Ability to process a high volume of information quickly and accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong time-management and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
  • Dependable, efficient, and comfortable performing structured, deadline-driven work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and a strong sense of ownership
  • Selected candidates will complete a 10-key assessment.
  • Relevant backgrounds may include food service, bartending, retail, cashiering, call centers, warehouse scanning or picking, dispatch, administrative support, order processing, data entry, front desk, and reception.

Preferred, but Not Required

  • Invoice-processing or accounts-payable experience
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Experience with payroll, data-entry, or accounting software
