Position: Document Specialist (Many openings)
Location: Parma, OH (Onsite)
Pay: $16.50/hr.
Schedule: M-F 7am – 3pm

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Document Specialists in Parma, OH! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a production-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow with a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing
-Prep documents for scanning, copying, and digital storage
-Operate scanning and printing equipment (training provided)
-Inspect, compile, assemble, and organize documents to meet quality standards
-Maintain organized workstations to prevent errors
-Perform basic machine upkeep such as clearing jams and refilling toner
-Accurately complete required paperwork and communicate issues to leadership
-Support production goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:
-Ability to read and understand instructions in English
-Basic computer knowledge for training and scanning systems
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
-Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
-Flexibility and adaptability in a production environment
-Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards

Preferred Experience But Not Required:
-Experience in document processing, scanning, or printing environments
-Familiarity with scanning equipment such as KODAK scanners

Physical & Work Environment:
-Ability to lift 10–50 lbs as needed
-Frequent standing, sitting, bending, and twisting throughout the shift
-Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
-Comfortable working in a moderate to high noise production setting
-Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload
