We are the nation’s number one Non QM lender, with solutions including:

• Bank Statement, 12 Month P&L, W2 Only, Asset Qualifier and other alternative documentation programs

• Community Mortgage with no income or employment stated and FICO scores starting at 640

• Investor financing up to $2.5 million with interest only options, LLC vesting and short term rental income

• Foreign National financing up to $2.5 million with no United States credit required, DSCR and interest only options
