Location: Portland, OR
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are growing and hiring for multiple Document Scanning & Records Processing positions in a fast-paced production environment. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you!
No extensive experience required — we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

Available Positions
We are hiring for several roles, including:
  • Document Scanning Technician
  • Inventory Specialist (Document Handling & Tracking)
  • Document Cutting / Preparation Specialist
  • Quality Control Associate
  • Leadership Opportunities (Team Leads / Supervisors)

Shift Availability
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Receive and evaluate incoming documents for processing
  • Prepare materials for scanning (remove staples, bindings, cutting, sorting, etc.)
  • Scan documents using high-volume production equipment
  • Track and manage document inventory
  • Organize digital files and apply naming conventions
  • Perform indexing and data entry tasks
  • Conduct quality checks for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure files meet client requirements (including OCR/text-searchable formatting)
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership

Training & Growth
  • Paid on-the-job training provided
  • Hands-on learning with scanning equipment and document systems
  • Opportunities to grow into quality control, inventory management, or leadership roles

What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
