About the Job Document Processor

As part of our growing team, we are looking for a meticulous Document Processor to support our documentation workflows and ensure records are managed accurately and efficiently.

Position Summary

The Document Processor is responsible for reviewing, formatting, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency and compliance by ensuring that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, format, and organize incoming and outgoing documents
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
  • Scan, upload, and digitally archive physical documents
  • Maintain and update document control systems and databases
  • Ensure proper version control of all documents and track changes
  • Assist in implementing standardized document templates and procedures
  • Support teams across departments with documentation needs
  • Retrieve documents for audits, meetings, or project teams as requested
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or certification in office administration is a plus
  • Previous experience in a document processing or administrative support role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with document control protocols and records retention policies is a plus
