Project Manager - Commercial Glass & Glazing / Impact Windows
Miami, FL | Full-Time | On-site
A respected South Florida commercial glass and impact windows contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar new construction projects.
We are seeking someone with experience in commercial glazing, storefront, curtainwall, or impact windows & doors who can manage schedules, documentation, coordination, and field execution from kickoff to closeout.
Salary: $75,000-$100,000+ DOE
Benefits: Company vehicle, paid vacation, paid holidays
Responsibilities
Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments
Oversee schedules, submittals, RFIs, templates, and project documentation
Review blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents
Help keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently
Requirements
3+ years of PM experience in commercial glass/glazing or impact windows & doors
New construction experience
Blueprint reading and document control experience
Strong organization and communication skills
MS Office required; Bluebeam/MS Project a plus
ES Windows experience a plus
