Warehouse Associates – Multiple Positions Available

Location: Southern California, Georgia, and New Jersey
Job Type: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

  • Forklift Operators (Sit-Down, Stand-Up Reach, and Cherry Picker)

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

Container Unloaders

  • Safely unload freight from shipping containers.
  • Sort and organize products for warehouse processing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.

Pallet Auditors

  • Verify pallet counts and product accuracy.
  • Inspect shipments for shortages or damages.
  • Ensure inventory is correctly labeled and documented.
  • Communicate discrepancies to warehouse leadership.

Quality Control Associates

  • Inspect products for quality, damage, and accuracy.
  • Verify orders meet customer specifications.
  • Document quality issues and assist with corrective actions.
  • Maintain company quality standards.

Forklift Operators

  • Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
  • Load, unload, move, and stage products.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections.
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.

Warehouse Clerks

  • Enter and maintain inventory records.
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for some positions.
  • Forklift certification is preferred for forklift operator roles (or willingness to become certified).
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 45 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • English speaking a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
