Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5/40)
Assignment Type: Contract | On site

Overview:
We're seeking a Document Control Inspector to support a major public infrastructure program in Altadena. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and inspecting documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation
  • Ensure all files meet compliance and quality standards before submission
  • Maintain and track document logs and version histories
  • Coordinate with internal teams to update and distribute controlled documents
  • Support audits and close-out documentation as needed

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, records management, or quality documentation within a structured environment
* Direct experience reviewing, verifying, and releasing controlled project documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Proven experience managing document logs, revision histories, and version control processes
* Experience supporting compliance standards, audit reviews, or quality control documentation
