  • Assist in project setup and closeout, including gathering final documentation, warranties, and as-builts
  • Maintain and distribute updated project drawings and logs to stakeholders
  • Prepare and route subcontractor and vendor documentation including subcontracts, POs, and COs
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track project progress
  • Attend project meetings and record/distribute meeting minutes

  • Assist in document filing and project folder maintenance on shared drives or project management software

Who You Are

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable learning new software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to work onsite at Felix's office or construction locations in Arizona
