ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with various administrative projects
  • Scan items into database
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Document control
  • Assist the Title Clerk

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Ability to use office equipment such as scanner, copier and printer
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Professional appearance
  • Reliable and available to work every day
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
