Position Title: Trailing Docs/Final Docs Specialist

Classification: Non-Exempt /Full-Time

Location: St. Paul

Payrate: $17 - $18.50/Hour

Job Description:

  • Perform a formal review and inspection of all final loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness within the designated time period. Capture any required data elements in the application.
  • Follow up via email or phone on pending documents/exceptions.
  • Record (check-in) documents as they are received and add any comments into the database.
  • Monitor reports to track outstanding documents.
  • File and retrieve documents as necessary to ship to their final destination.
