Job Summary:
Digital Monitoring Products is seeking a Product Marketing Manager of Video Solutions to lead the day-to-day operations of product marketing for their video solutions. This role involves developing marketing efforts, go-to-market strategies, and multi-channel communications targeting dealers and end users.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Primary point of contact for Product Managers in the development of new video solutions products, features and updates.
• Manage all product-related documentation, including user guides, product category brochures, spec sheets, etc.
• Work with Product Management throughout product life cycles.
• Provide Product Management with ideas on new features/products, based on sales feedback and competitive data.
• Develop Go-to-Market strategies and plans for each new product launch/major enhancement/feature, including the development of the Sales Coach process.
• Develop campaigns to promote DMP product offerings among dealers.
• Identify synergies in products in order to create effective communications and promote DMP solutions.
• Create case studies and whitepapers related to Product Marketing efforts.
• Develop leadership skills for self and direct reports.
• Observes and adheres to DMP Data Classification Standard.
• Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned.
• Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing or Communications-related fields or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years B2B marketing experience in roles in physical security or SaaS/Video platform.
• Deep understanding of video technologies, and emerging trends in video monitoring, preferred.
• Proven track record launching and positioning security or hardware-focused products.
• Have a good work attitude and work cooperatively with others in the department and company.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, channel partners, and customer success teams.
• Extremely strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to keep information in confidence.
