What You'll Do:
  • Travel within the division to routinely educate crop consultants, growers and other key territory stake holders.
  • Anticipate future marketing events and provide marketing and pricing direction
  • Implement and supervise corporate chemical marketing plan within the division
  • Develop and implement a market-based approach to retain and grow chemical revenues and margins to maximize company profitability
  • Prepare an annual strategic plan outlining support strategy, product positioning and tactics to help increase sales growth opportunities.
  • Help with forecasting annual sales targets with plant nutrition shelve per product for the division
  • Coordinate and collaborate with technical resources and key sales stakeholders to build product confidence by leveraging Loveland nutritional product trials, field days and field demonstrations.
  • Achieve the division annual sales goals through various sales tactics

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or similar work experience
  • Strong Agronomic background preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of this experience must have been in a leadership capacity
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Familiarity with grain and farm supply industry regulations and policies
