AS A LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DIVISION MANAGER IN TRAINING
You will manage Regional and Area Account Managers in the Landscape Maintenance Division, including Enhancements, Irrigation, and Turf & Ornamental Application. You are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units regarding performance, quality, production, targeted growth, and profit goals. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DIVISION MANAGER DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Directing and managing all operational activities, administration, and reporting to achieve the targeted growth and profit goals of a designated Region.
  • Demonstrating and embodying our Company core values and culture.
  • Modeling and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring, mentoring, and leading the team to balance Company goals with employee satisfaction.
  • Hiring, training, inspiring, and developing staff.
  • Establishing staffing levels based upon analyzation of need.
  • Expediting contracts and billing.
  • Managing key relationships with clients in support of Regional & Area Account Managers.
  • Working with Business Development to identify and achieve new contract maintenance sales goals.
  • Budget control of hours and productivity of production personnel.
  • Budget control of division expenses.
  • Delivering timely and accurate financial reports and production data to the Executive Team.
  • Conducting performance evaluations annually for management team.
  • Ensuring management team conducts annual performance evaluations for their respective teams.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • A four-year degree in finance, operations, or business-related field, or equivalent work experience and 5-7 years of management work experience.
  • Proficiency in project and time management, team motivation, and decision-making a must.
  • Be able to give and take actionable advice, as well as communicate effectively via documentation (i.e.: emails, drawings), phone, and in person.
  • Possess general knowledge and understanding of landscape maintenance and horticulture.
  • Must possess great organizational skills and be able to multitask and self-manage yourself with several tasks at once. Be able to prioritize and maintain a work schedule.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
  • $80,000 - $90,000 per year
