Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Division 10 scopes

โ€ข Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate pricing and complete scope coverage

โ€ข Solicit, analyze, and compare vendor and supplier quotations

โ€ข Identify scope gaps, project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities

โ€ข Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and general contractors throughout the bidding process

โ€ข Develop competitive and profitable proposals

โ€ข Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and bid documentation

โ€ข Assist with project turnover and communication to operations following project award

Preferred Experience

โ€ข Previous Division 10 estimating experience

โ€ข Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating software

โ€ข Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
