What are Sprint Contractors?

Sprint Contractors are professionals or companies hired on a temporary basis to complete specific projects or tasks for Sprint, the telecommunications company (now part of T-Mobile). Their work can range from network installation, tower maintenance, and technical support to project management and IT services. Sprint Contractors typically work under a contractual agreement for a set period or until the project is completed. This arrangement allows Sprint to access specialized skills and scale their workforce based on project needs.

Job description

Outside Sales / Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Company: Laundry Sprint

Location: Houston, TX (Territory-Based)

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Expected Earnings: $5,000 - $10,000 a month

Why Join Laundry Sprint?

Laundry Sprint is a fast-growing, tech-enabled platform revolutionizing how people handle their chores. We handle the logistics, pickup, and delivery, while our local partners do the cleaning.

For a sales rep, this is the ultimate product: Everyone has laundry, everyone wants more free time, and you’re offering a seamless, tech-driven solution. We are looking for hungry, self-motivated Door-to-Door (D2D) and B2B hunters to dominate the Houston market. If you are a closer who thrives on uncapped earning potential and autonomy, this is your playground.

The Role: What You’ll Do

You aren't just dropping flyers—you are building a book of business and getting paid for every single win. You will own your territory, hunting for both residential customers and B2B partnerships.

  • Residential D2D Acquisition: Canvass high-potential neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and student housing to sign users up on our platform using exclusive promo codes/QR codes.
  • B2B Account Hunting: Walk into local businesses (gyms, salons, Airbnb hosts, medical offices) and pitch our commercial laundry services.
  • Vendor Partnership Development: Pitstop at local laundromats and dry cleaners to pitch the Laundry Sprint platform, signing up new processing partners for our network.
  • Close and Onboard: Educate prospects, overcome objections, and guide them through their first order or registration on the spot.

What Makes You the Ideal Closer?

  • You love the grind: You have thick skin, a positive attitude, and view "No" as just a stepping stone to "Yes."
  • Independent Driver: You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder. You manage your territory like it’s your own business.
  • Relatable & Persuasive: You can build instant rapport with a busy mom at her doorstep or a business owner at their front desk.
  • Prior D2D Experience: Experience in solar, pest control, security, or telecom sales is a massive plus—but if you have the grit, we will train you.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the stamina to be on your feet crushing doors daily.

What’s In It For You?

  • Uncapped Commissions & Fast Payouts: No limits on what you can make. The more registrations and business partnerships you secure, the more you get paid.
  • High-Volume, Fast Sales Cycle: Unlike solar or roofing which can take months to close, you can close dozens of Laundry Sprint users a single day.
  • Ultimate Flexibility: Set your own hours. Work when the volume is highest and write your own paycheck.
  • Ground-Floor Opportunity: Successful reps will have the fast-track opportunity to step into Territory Manager and Regional Leadership roles as we scale.
  • Full Sales Toolkit: We provide the training, marketing collateral, and tech setup you need to close deals from day one.
