The Opportunity:

You will serve as an executive leader accountable for building, scaling, and driving the overall profitability of our Division 10 business. You will have full authority to refine operational models, establish high-performing systems, and expand our market presence in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. This strategic leadership role directly shapes our long-term trajectory while supporting a fast-paced and inclusive corporate culture.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and execute the strategic long-term growth plan for the entire Division 10 specialties business unit.
  • Evaluate and streamline operational workflows across procurement, project management, installation, and final closeout.
  • Establish scalable internal procedures, clear performance standards, and operational accountability metrics.
  • Manage division profitability, revenue metrics, active project backlogs, annual operating budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing operational team built for continuous professional growth.
  • Strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with general contractors, architects, core suppliers, and prime manufacturing partners.
  • Resolve complex operational, financial, and scheduling challenges on major high-visibility commercial installations.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Significant operational leadership experience within Division 10 specialties, commercial construction, or building-material distribution.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing, scaling, or expanding a commercial construction business unit.
  • Deep operational expertise across estimating, material procurement, project execution, field installation, and billing cycles.
  • Proven ability to optimize operational processes, lead cross-functional teams, and establish scalable systems.
  • Strong willingness to travel to client sites, vendor facilities, and active commercial projects as business needs dictate.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Current residence in or willingness to relocate to the greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.
  • Established relationship network with regional general contractors, Division 10 suppliers, and commercial architects.
