Job Description & Requirements:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Have managed technical projects before and have a technical degree or some technical experience with DOD projects.
  • Travel is of the utmost need with travel expected to be at least 25% or more of the time.
  • Will be required extensive travel summer 2025.
  • Management experience for large scale contracts.
  • Experience as the PM of a FEDSIM contract.
  • Leadership experience.
  • FAC PMM Level III Government Career Path.
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Initiative Act (DAWIA) experience.
  • Within the last 15 years, possess a minimum of 10 years of experience working on DoD service- specific and/ or Joint-Service projects.
  • Within the last 10 years, possess a minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects that are of a similar scope and complexity. One of the projects managed must have included intelligence or special operations support elements.
  • Possess a current certification in at least one of the following at time of proposal submission and maintain the certification throughout the life of the task order: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
