Kirby Risk is seeking a Power Distribution Specialist to drive growth across our Power Distribution product lines by supporting sales efforts, developing market strategies, and partnering with teams across the organization.


What You’ll Do as a Power Distribution Specialist

In this role, you’ll operate within the estimating department, making efforts to grow all product groups with a strong focus on Power Distribution sales while supporting both customers and internal teams.

You’ll:

  • Drive and support Power Distribution sales within assigned territories
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
  • Identify, develop, and manage project opportunities within key accounts
  • Analyze market conditions and develop strategic sales plans to increase market share
  • Execute sales strategies to expand Power Distribution business
  • Partner with Account Managers and Project Managers to deliver technical expertise and solutions
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to align territory growth strategies
  • Support training and development of internal teams to strengthen product knowledge
  • Ensure a consistent and professional approach to quotes, bids, and customer interactions
