To excel in Distribution Operations, you need a solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes, often supported by a relevant degree or operational experience. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and safety certifications like OSHA are typically required. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication set top performers apart in this role.
