At our Customer Distribution Centers, Raymour & Flanigan delivers real challenge and career growth opportunities. As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to safely and efficiently move product through our distribution network. You and your team will also be responsible for inventory management and accountability. As a manager in our business, you and your team must provide outstanding customer service to your internal and external customers.

Senior Distribution Manager

  • Principle Leader of our largest distribution center in the company
  • Partner with Distribution and Transportation Teams for effective product movement
  • Develop a high functioning team of Supervisors, Leads and Distribution Associates
  • Encourage and reward safe behavior
  • Influence direction and effectiveness of Raymour and Flanigan's Distribution and Transportation Network
  • Recruit and retain high performers
  • Develop department financial goals and meet or exceed those goals
  • Build individual and team credibility throughout the organization
  • Embrace and Drive change within the team and throughout the organization

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strategic decision-making skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate others.
  • Minimum five years of applicable experience managing teams in warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements:

Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 50 lbs.
