We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Dispute Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving customer disputes and chargebacks in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of financial transactions and dispute processes.

In this role, you'll be reviewing chargebacks and payment disputes, figuring out what happened, and working with different teams to make things right, fast and fair.This is a great fit for someone who's curious, organized, and loves solving problems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze disputed transactions to determine their validity
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Customer Service, Risk, Finance) to gather relevant information
  • Respond to chargebacks and disputes in accordance with card network and regulatory guidelines (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit documentation to issuing banks and processors within required timeframes
  • Track and report dispute trends, escalations, and root causes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in retail, customer service, payments, or disputes
  • Solid problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of work under tight deadlines
  • Must be familiar with MS Excel and Word, and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Preferred experience with payment platforms or chargeback tools
