SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday | Full-Time | Includes one weekend day

Pay is DOE : Range is between $23-$25.

  • Dispatch and deploy technicians to keep the schedule moving efficiently
  • Monitor jobs in ServiceTitan, communicate ETAs, and reschedule when needed
  • Verify calls 24 hours in advance and confirm bookings before dispatch
  • Partner with service, sales, and operations to keep conversions on track
  • Communicate clearly with the contact center and customers under pressure
  • Follow up on all jobs and keep notes and records accurate in ServiceTitan

What We Need:
  • Minimum 1 year of dispatching or scheduling experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills - you manage multiple moving pieces without dropping any
  • Comfortable and confident communicating under pressure
  • Computer literate - email, MS Office, and scheduling tools
  • ServiceTitan experience a plus
  • Previous home services industry experience a plus
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen upon offer
