Pay Rate: $22.00/hourly
Shift Specifics:
  • Day Shift 6:00am-2:40pm

Required Experiences/Skillset:
  • Must have excellent communication skills. The ability to speak and write proficiently in the English language

Required Licensure:
  • Nevada Valid Driver's License

In this role, you'll make a lasting positive impression on our customers by:
Logging incident reports and handling emergency calls in the dispatch office; proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office, with strong multitasking and quick decision-making abilities.
• Accurately assessing their needs and developing an effective rapport in all service interactions.
• Responding to emails and submitting maintenance work orders in an efficient manner.
• Answer phone calls from the public, property owners and local businesses and provide them with answers to their needs or redirect them to the appropriate person/department for assistance.
Job Description:
• Assign, coordinate and maneuver all team members to assure proper coverage of the district, call team members in for break times and dispatch team members to handle any and all calls for service, all via a two-way radio.
• Assign, verify and report outcomes of daily shift assignments, projects and tasks.
• Ensure that all necessary reports are completed correctly and submitted by each team member at the conclusion of the shift. These reports are electronically submitted throughout the shift by the team member's handheld device.
• Receive, process and coordinate maintenance repair calls and written requests.
• Ensure service delivery, work orders, and special projects are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Communicate with clients daily to maintain a first-class relationship using phone, email, reports, internal, client, and 3rd-party systems
• Work with internal staff (Team Leads, Ops Supervisors, Ops Manager, General Manager and others) to communicate customer requirements and to resolve any challenges or issues.
• Perform other duties, activities, or projects as assigned
