Job description

Our national company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Dispatch Manager to join our dynamic team. We provide a variety of contracted services to Customers through our own Company Technicians and an extensive national Service Network. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in service dispatch, customer service, job coordination, and follow-up through completion. Experience in commercial services is a plus, but not required. Dispatching abilities is the most important criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and dispatch service calls to both company technicians and local service company technicians.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate job assignments, ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated to technicians and service affiliates.
  • Monitor and track job progress, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, job details, and customer information using our dispatch software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technicians, service affiliates, and customers to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in service dispatch or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical service coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dispatch software or similar systems is preferred.
